| TERMS OF YOUR SURRENDER |
| Unless otherwise stated, these requirements must be completed instantly. Nothing is optional. |
| First, stop using the name Rising Music and never associate yourself with the name again. You are barred from using the name (persona non grata) from now until the end of time. You have until June 1st, 2012, to inform any third parties that they must stop using the name online and off. |
| Second, delete ALL accounts, profiles, and any other stuff you've created on third party websites that use the name. This includes, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Soundcloud, Beatport, YouTube. |
| Third, remove all products and services from every market place that uses the name, online and off. Anything physical, including, but not limited to, advertising or marketing materials, with the name on it must be destroyed. All third parties must be ordered to do the same. You have until June 1st, 2012, to complete this task. |
| Fourth, we'll let you keep your copy cat domains for 6 months, redirect them to your new website. After 6 months, you will give the domains to Rising Music, Inc. Any websites under your control that use the name must be taken down immediately. |
